Clinical supervision is an opportunity to step back and make use of dedicated time to think about your clients, your practice and yourself as a practitioner. I offer a safe, collaborative and reflective space in which to explore your work, develop professional confidence and maintain high standards of ethical practice.

The work of a counsellor can be deeply rewarding and stimulating, but also challenging and even emotionally demanding. Effective supervision provides space to consider aspects of your clinical work that are difficult to hold alone.
My approach to supervision is collaborative and compassionate. I aim to create an environment where you can be open about uncertainty, explore different perspectives and think creatively about your work without fear of judgement.

My approach:
I see supervision as a two-way relationship and process, rather than simply a place to receive advice or have your work assessed.
I use the Seven-Eyed Supervisory model as a framework to focus in on the different elements at play within the clinical triad (client-counsellor-supervisor), and the external context that might influence the therapeutic work.
I draw on my experience and therapeutic knowledge whilst respecting your existing skills, values and way of working. Together, we can explore what is happening in the room with your client, and what different possibilities might be available to you.
